Through the collaborative therapeutic treatment based on the supportive environment, empathy, genuine acceptance, cultural competence and grounded in dialogue, Oksana helps talk openly and work together to identify goals and expected outcomes, to solve the problem and to learn new skills in order to help better cope in the future and to live healthier, productive and more happier lives.

Among different evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy which could be determined by looking at the unique situation and presented problem, Oksana could choose to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which could be applied to change the way clients feel and therefore, behave by taking steps in cognitive restructuring. Cognitive Behavior Therapy alone or in combination with different approaches helps treat a wide range of mental health disorders, such as depression, post traumatic stress disorders or eating disorders. It could be a very useful and beneficial tool to help anyone learn how to better manage challenging situations in life.
Oksana also utilizes mindfulness as another useful therapeutic approach to bring attention to the present, to calm mind and body, to reduce stress and to increase an individual capacity to cope with stressors.

In her spare time, Oksana loves to read, to travel, and to spend time with her family and friends. Oksana also likes sports, in particular tennis. She enjoys doing yoga and jogging.
