Larisa is an accomplished psychotherapist who has been in the mental health field for over 15 years.

She was born in Ukraine, emigrated to Israel and moved to US in 2005. She has a B.S in Business Management and Administration and MSW from the Touro Graduate School for Social Work. Larisa worked as Director of Social Services at the Kings Bay YM-YWHA (Brooklyn, NY) where she worked with seniors, adult, and people with disabilities.

Larisa takes a client centered approach to therapy. She believes in a humanistic theory, applying psychoanalytic knowledge to deepen the understanding of the patients.

She is continuing her education at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Studies (third year candidate in a 4-year psychoanalytic program) and currently works with adults, seniors, trauma patients, and individuals with relationship issues.

In her free time she enjoys traveling the world, cooking, shopping, visiting with friends and interior design.
