Christine Allaire received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Dayton in 2019 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Monmouth University in May 2023. Christine has 4+ years experience guiding clients to overcome substance use. She also has experience working with both adolescent and adult clients living with but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more severe mental illness.

 

Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, Christine employs a Strength’s Based approach to create a supportive environment where each client feels safe and accepted while working on building autonomy. She believes in a holistic practice geared towards reconciling the body, mind, and soul. In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time playing volleyball and going to the beach.
